Amazing place. Rooms are a bit small and very outdated, with a weird musky odor, but they were serviceable. We were in the Northern Lights Lodge, stayed overnight for a family members wedding. Very scenic and relaxing on the grounds. Also, the food was ABSOLUTELY fantastic no matter the course, and the service was polite and very very helpful. I would highly recommend this place for a visit and or a wedding.
The room we had was a bit small (northern lights), but we didn't spend much time in it. If you plan on spending time inside I'd recommend getting a cottage which is a lot bigger. The facility is beautiful and nice to just walk around if the weather allows it.
We went here for a wedding, and it was absolutely beautiful! It was late September, so the fall foliage had begun, and it was rustic an stunning! The service was fantastic and food was delicious! I highly recommend!
Everyone was extremely polite and would go out of there way to make your stay enjoyable, Henery is a great guy and so is the staff. I highly recommend this resort to someone who wants an intimate and high quality resort experience. The stars were absolutely incredible, I've never seen a night sky so clearly.
Was here for a wedding in November 2017. The food was very good and all staff we encountered were extremely helpful and friendly.
I attended an outdoor wedding at this resort and I really enjoyed myself. The wedding took place by a creek. On this late April day, there were a lot of bugs. I guess they could have planned for it and used a bug repellent, but not a big issue, they went away went the temperature dipped. After the ceremony, people were moved to a barn like building for drinks and some finger foods, then we were moved to a large tent where the main party and event took place. Food was very good at both locations. Staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive. There was an after party as well which was held at another location. One of the things I really liked about the resort is that there were a lot of different locations the wedding took place and spots that those at the resort could hang around and enjoy the mountainous range and scenery.
